The location of Bienvenue Delta Hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great. I particularly loved the gourmet breakfast options they offered. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like poor wifi and a lack of clear answers about the airport transfer, my overall stay was enjoyable. The staff, especially the manager Santosh and his assistant Cecilia, were fantastic and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel like part of the family. I would recommend this hotel for its great location, delicious breakfast, and the fantastic staff who made my stay memorable.

I recently stayed at Bienvenue Delta during a business tour and found it incredibly convenient being in the city center. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and businesses. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the spacious rooms were well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge, kettle, and TV. I also appreciated the hot water in the shower, which can be rare for the area. Additionally, the restaurant offered delicious local dishes at affordable prices, with generous portions.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

Simply no complaints, perfectly pleasant stay. Straightforward low cost place with quiet location not far from everything: grocery stores, ATMs, restaurants, shops, the airport and police station in central at Nairobi. Impressive and comfy rooms with balcony, and excellent services. Coffee and a kettle were nice.

For the price I paid, I got great value and a comfortable room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the CBD and close proximity to restaurants, shops, and even the airport. The staff at the hotel, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed, including organizing tours in the area. The breakfast provided was also delicious, adding to the positive experience.
Menu for breakfast could have been improved with more variety or options.

This hotel was a good option for my holiday. The staff was really kind and welcoming, which made my stay more enjoyable. The deluxe room was big and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I also appreciated the fact that the room and bathroom were clean and tidy.
There were some aspects that didn't live up to my expectations. First of all, the budget/standard rooms are very tiny and the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that allowed me to rest like a baby. I particularly liked having access to the gym and the swimming pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few things that could have been better. The breakfast menu was a bit limited and didn't offer many options for a long stay.

Can't think of anything.

The location was so clutch, right in the heart of the city. It was the perfect choice for our epic group adventure. We were able to explore the vibrant city vibes during the day and hit up the Kenya Railway Golf Club for some chill golfing vibes. It was such a dope experience, yo!
The only thing we wished for was a killer party scene at the hotel. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was awesome and all, but as young party-goers, we were hoping for some lit nightlife right at the hotel.

The hotel was located conveniently close to the city center, along with many attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were impeccable. We were impressed by the prompt and accessible transportation services, which conveniently had a bus stop nearby for trips to Arusha. The hotel staff were professional and accommodating, and the breakfast offered surpassed our expectations.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
